Ratified in 1865, the 13th Amendment was supposed to officially abolished slavery. However this Amendment did not entirely eradicate slavery, it contains a critical “punishment clause” allowing (Involuntary Servitude) for convicts’, criminals and people that break laws. And addition, to the innocent who are falsely accused. Plus, those various people with poor representation 99% of the Marginalized Stereotype group. This legal loophole enables state prisons to force inmates into labor for little or no pay, directly contributing to the historical rise of convict leasing and modern prison-industrial systems.
While intended to end traditional slavery, this 13th Amendment clause was on purpose designed with a pre-built-in legal exception. That’s a modern-day active labor now in 2026. Profit-Prison-Driven-Labor used today in agriculture, manufacturing, *prisons*and facility maintenances, often for pennies per hour. Unsafe Conditions withIncarcerated workers are generally exempt from workplace safety regulations (OSHA) and minimum wage laws, forced to work under threat of solitary confinement or loss of parole. Activists, The Push Organization,and few lawmakers are advocating for the “Abolition Amendment” or similar legislation to remove this exception clause entirely. To 100% eradicate slavery altogether simply changed its venue. By carving out this (on purpose) exception for the incarcerated, it established a system of forced labor that continues to affect over 1,500,000 prison laborers today.

So, many people interpret the lack of explicit, broad condemnation. In existence of slavery this is a call, a charge for Christians to focus intentionally on the spiritual God freedom offered by Christ Jesus, through suffering, and God Son who suffered and was crucified to save humanity from going to HELL. Slavery was unavoidably a reality of that time, and time of now. This clause created a legal exception that has persisted for over 150 years We are still counting.
While believed that this this 13th Amendment was intended to end slavery this too, was an intentional deception of Satan! How known? Because this Amendment was premeditated with a legal omission. He who has ears let him hear what the spirit says to the churches Matthew 11:15, Matthew 13:9, Mark 4:9 and Revelation 2:7.
