Reaching a hand out to help others circle back around to us. It’s a enrichment in our day to day lives. This person in our mirror, ourselves are worthy in purpose to do this action as we walk, journey through life. Ripple effects of positivity with helping others aid to increase self-esteem, boost our growth, and create bonds of social strengthening. Helping others, children, young adults, middle aged, and seasoned people release in us “feel-good” dopamine, and serotonin. Extending our hands to another reduces our own stress, anxiety, and provides new sense of meaning. In one own uncertainties and frustrations get up go out your way to help another. This foster gratitude through resilience as we follow through. Ultimately, this action offers a strong sense of meaning and purpose to our lives. The emotional feelings psychologically are very rewarding and beneficial to us. As the ones receiving help from us its a win-win benefit all around.

God’s word emphasizes to help others as a core expression of faith, love, and righteousness. Servicing to less fortune, weak, needy people is a bright light example of Jesus Christ. Ephesians 2:10 (NIV) “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” and {Luke 6:31 (NIV) “Do to others as you would have them do to you.” This service isn’t just about material and cash given aid but also kindness, compassion, and bearing burdens, making faith active and pleasing to God as he Christ Jesus looks straight at us
