Highlighted is the nature of faith and hope differences, yet intertwined, often arguing that faith a footwork mental action. A firm foundation belief of an seen (“substance”) of evidence of things not seen it is the “material of which our dreams and visions are made from. Faith is generally defined as a mind action trust and even conviction in unseen realities, while hope is the positive expectation, (no action) just a waiting game for a future outcome. One perspective reason that faith (belief/knowledge in God’s existence) even when circumstances seem hopeless or when experiencing profound despair. To have faith you stand in a mental place of your brains being in an active state movement to believe. Believe in something! Conversely, many other say (Hope Without Faith) is viewed as enduring hope that stands as a wait and see game. Frequently seen as mere wishful thinking or desire, lacking an active assurance required for genuine belief in something! Hope a stand still desire wait on something. With desire vs. assurance you can “Hope” for a better job or health based on human desire, without having active Faith or trust in a higher power or a specific, promised outcome. Hope acts as a basic human emotion during difficult times, even if that hope isn’t anchored in a spiritual conviction.
God Word
Faith is defined as God Word says, the substance of things hoped for. If you do not have hope your faith has nothing to materialize. From next thought from Hope, Faith expectation is the future outcome. Faith requires a positive, expected future activation belief; with a clear target guarantee of “substance” to rest upon. Faith is the belief that turns a dream, one imagination into reality. Biblically (For it is written), Hebrew 11:1, says, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (King James Version), faith enables ground work for hope. Hope inseparable at its inner core by side Faith. I, Dr. Mel believe, hope acts as the “target” for the “arrow” pointing to faith.
